A轮融资的情况下团队可以原价赎回，token warrant协议，可以兑老股。

最低起投额10万, 未来一年, IDO 3.5, 之后5, 非token版没有.现在市场上需要找到6位-7位数的玩家，前期游戏免费，Web2和Web3用户都免费，卖NFT，卖角色，装饰，卖皮肤，PC 和手机端不是一个游戏。

Worldspark is a gaming startup that’s building on the intersection of gaming and blockchain, with a hugely unique focus on the gaming aspect. We raised a $3M seed round last year and have since exploded into hypergrowth, growing from 1 part-time employee to 25+ FTEs, with nearly all our employees being former leadership from Riot, Blizzard, and Bungie. Our main focus revolves around building an IP that’s fleshed out through an ecosystem of games, with each game being strategically connected with our hub world to share assets without breaking game design, maximize player value, and reduce development time. We’re looking to pioneer a philosophy beyond just play-and-earn that we call “play-for-fun (and sometimes earn)”.
