1.团队背景 ,是否是crypto native;之前工作经验背景;学历背景 ;团队location在哪里?如果在中国的话,风险相对比较大,需要出国发币。

  1. What problem was solved that was not solved before? What was the original solution? why the original one is not good enough?
  2. Who are the consumers?
  3. Why they should buy it?
  4. Is this thing necessary? Is it rigid demand or not that essential? Are users willing to pay for it? How much are you willing to pay for it? How often is it would be used?
  5. Whether the project must be solved with blockchain technology or is it just a fake hot topic of blockchain
  6. Does blockchain technology greatly improve efficiency?

 

 

二。品类

 

1.品类处于什么阶段?

1)品类是否过早或者过晚?(过晚的情况,比如交易所赛道、想做下一个opensea的话难度也较大,考虑到头部玩家的先行者效应和网络效应)

2)比如gamefi相对于dao就更加成熟,竞争更加激烈

 

2.品类的天花板上限有多少

3.产品的物质卖点是什么

4.能否用一句话把这个产品说明白(能否在web 2中找到对应映射,web2的东西都能在web 3中重做一遍)

 

Two】 Category

 

  1. What stage is the project category best fit?

1) Is the category too early or too late? (In the case of too late, such as the exchange track, if you want to be the next open-sea, it would be more difficult, considering the pioneer effect and network effect of the top players)

2) For example, gamefi is more mature than dao, and the competition is more intense

 

  1. What is the ceiling of the category?
  2. What is the material selling point of the product?
  3. Can you explain this product in one sentence (can you find the corresponding mapping in web 2, everything in web 2 can be redone in web 3)

四。代币经济学

 

1.代币经济学是否合理

1)是否预留足够给了社区、顾问等,还是把过多的代币留给团队自己

2)代币在不同轮次如seed、private、IDO、series A等轮次预留的代币是否合理,一般每个轮次的比例在4-10%比较正常

 

2.vesting 时间线(是否过短,比如如果在1年以内,可能太短,可能会带来过强的抛压,也考虑到当下熊市的情况可能会持续1-2.5年;比较常见的是24个月vesting,按月或按周线性解锁)

 

3.代币模型是单代币模型还是双代币模型?代币在其中项目中的作用是什么? 代币的激励机制和治理机制如何?代币经济学是否容易进入死亡螺旋?

 

Four】Tokens Economics,

 

  1. Whether token economics makes sense

 

1) Do you reserve enough for the community, advisors, etc., or do you leave too many tokens for the team themselves

 

2) Whether it is reasonable to reserve tokens in different rounds, such as SEED, Private, IDO, Series A, etc. Generally, the proportion of each round is 4-10%, which is normal

 

 

  1. Vesting timeline (Is it too short? For example, if it is within one year, it may be too short, which may bring too strong selling pressure. 1.技术风险(技术漏洞、技术被取代、接受成本高)

2.监管风险(在美国的话,被认定为证券的风险;团队在中国的话,发币的监管风险)

3.市场风险(教育市场成本太高、品类处于过于早期)

4.其他可能的风险

  1. Technical risk (technical loopholes, technology being replaced, high acceptance costs)
