What is STAR Method?
STAR面试法则是针对企业行为面试(Behavioral Interview)过程中经常采用的技巧。
行为面试假设“过去行为是未来行为的最好预测指标”,运用素质模型来评价应聘人员在以往工作中表现的素质,并以此推测其在今后工作中的行为表现。
STAR面试法则就是运用情境(situation)、任务(task)、行动(action)、结果(result)四项来精准收集面试者与工作相关的具体信息和能力。
Situation 情景
面试官会给定一个情景,
以便了解事情是在什么情况下发生的。

STAR面试法则案例
请描述一次你面临deadline的经历,你是如何处理的?
Situation
Last year, a colleague with a similar job title had to deal with a personal emergency, and I was tasked with finishing her project with just a few days remaining before the deadline.
Task
I had to complete it in that time and hadn’t been involved in the early stages.
Action
I asked her for a brief rundown of the work she had already done and what I still needed to do. Then, I created a plan to work overtime without putting too many responsibilities on anyone else’s plate.
Result
I managed to finish the project on time, and the client was very happy with the end result.
